Our Pastor

Pastor Yusef L. Fletcher, Sr  is the visionary and founder of Greater Works International Church (GWIC) in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Born in Washington D.C now residing in Maryland, he is not only a Pastor but a loving dedicated husband. He is married to Lady Dyane P. Fletcher; they have four beautiful children.

To describe this great man of God with one word would be impossible. He’s anointed, humble, energetic, loving and sold out for Christ. When he opens his mouth nothing but the powerful word of God comes out in a way that is articulated through demonstration and power. He ministers with passion, teaching the word of God with such clarity and simplicity; the word comes alive to those whom are hurting, lost, sick and without hope.

He holds a bachelor degree in Biblical Studies and is presently working on his Masters. Pastor Fletcher is into youth building and has a deep compassion for the youth of this nation. In having a very unique relationship with the  young people and has seen many young people lives changed by the presence of the Holy Spirit.  In 2010 GWIC opened up its 1^st Youth Center, which provides an outlet for youth to enjoy different teaching techniques, activities and spiritual growth.

Family is very important to Pastor Fletcher and he believes in the unity of family. This practice has now poured into the GWIC church family were he doesn’t believe in members but sons and daughters of the ministry.

Pastor Fletcher has a tremendous passion for God’s word. He encourages everyone to “Hear the Word”, “Do the Word”, “Renew your Mind ”and“ Be Changed”.
